Blessed are they that mourn

I suppose there was a time when people who opposed abortion thought, "if only people understood that abortion is murder! Then people would repent of supporting Roe v. Wade."

How astonishing it is that no one bothers to claim "it is just a bunch of cells", but rather, "Yeah, it is murder, but who cares?"

I found expression today:

But I value an adult human life more than an unborn child's, rather than less.

This brings into focus why those who mourn should be blessed. But for the Grace of God that I should be so callous during this Lenten season.
